Spa Place, Hockley

Spa Place, formerly a underutilised commercial building, was a site in need of regeneration and lacking architectural merit, in a prominent position at the approach to Hockley town centre.

BDA sought permission for the conversion and extension of the existing three-storey building on the site to provide 10. flats.

Planning permission was allowed on appeal in 2014 with subsequent revised applications approved. 

The scheme successfully delivers a contemporary development of luxury flats through a highly appropriate design solution which responds to the site location.
