Ferry Road, Hullbridge

BDA obtained planning approval at Ferry Road for the demolition of the extremely dilapidated original single storey holiday home and the erection of a two storey building to provide 4 x flats. 

The scheme better utilises the site, creating 4 x residential properties within a built up area in close proximity to local services and facilities. 

The completed building utilised a contemporary palette of materials and design features which respect the established street scene of Ferry Road.
